Cancellations, Make-ups, and Refund Policy

Cancellations and Make-ups

• Course participants can cancel a lesson through the Calendiari booking system no later than 3 hours before the lesson starts.
• If canceled on time, participants are entitled to a make-up lesson, which can be booked for another available slot within the current semester.
• Make-up lessons must be used by the end of the current semester and cannot be carried over to the next semester.
• If a lesson is not canceled in time or the make-up lesson is not used, the right to a make-up is forfeited.
• The organizer is not responsible for unused make-up lessons if the participant does not book them through the Calendiari system.

Refund Policy

• Before the course starts: full refund.
• After the course has started: refund of the proportional value of remaining lessons.
• After attending the third lesson, the course cannot be canceled, but the remaining balance may be transferred to a replacement participant of your choice.

How to Cancel and Schedule Make-up Lessons in Calendiari

1. Login – Go to the Calendiari booking system
2. Cancel a lesson – In “My Reservations,” find the lesson you cannot attend. Click “Cancel” at least 12 hours in advance. The system will then allow you to schedule a make-up.
3. Book a make-up lesson – In the “Available Slots” section, choose another lesson for the same age group. Click “Book Make-up”. The make-up must be completed by the end of the current semester.
