Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the service provider HOP HOP English (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and lesson participants (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”). A participant is a parent, legal guardian, or caregiver who registers for a lesson.
Services Provided by the Provider
The Provider offers movement-based lessons for children aged 6 months to 3 years, during which children are introduced to English through games, physical activities, and interactions with other children and parents.
Registration and Lesson Booking
- Registration for lessons is mandatory and is done via the booking system or email.
- After registration, the participant is required to pay for the lessons according to the listed price.
- Places in lessons are limited, so early registration is recommended.
Cancellations and Make-ups
- Participants may cancel a lesson through the Calendiari booking system no later than 3 hours before the lesson starts.
- Timely cancellations allow the participant to book a make-up lesson for another available slot within the current semester.
- A make-up lesson, if excused in advance, can be transferred to the following course.
- If a lesson is not canceled in time or the make-up is not used, the right to a make-up lesson is forfeited.
- The Provider is not responsible for unused make-up lessons if the participant does not book them through the Calendiari system.
Prices and Payments
- Lesson prices are listed on the Provider’s website.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer.
- First lesson free: Each new participant is entitled to one free trial lesson. This offer is valid only for new participants and applies to the first lesson after registration.
- Payment must be made before the lesson begins.
- Paid lessons are non-refundable; however, if a lesson is canceled by the Provider, an alternative date will be offered.
- If a participant can no longer attend the course, lessons may be transferred to another participant.
Cancellation Policy
- Participants may cancel participation no later than 3 hours before the lesson starts; otherwise, the lesson fee is non-refundable.
- In case of a child’s illness, the participant must inform the Provider and select an alternative lesson date.
Liability
- The Provider is not responsible for any injuries resulting from inappropriate behavior by participants or failure to follow instructor instructions.
- Participants are responsible for their children and their behavior during lessons.
Personal Data Protection
- The Provider processes participants’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Participants agree that their personal data will be used only for the purpose of organizing lessons and communication.
Final Provisions
- The Provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
- These terms are valid and effective from the moment of their publication on the website.
