What do lessons look like

  1. Greetings and warm-up – At the beginning, we greet each other and warm up the body with simple exercises and movement games that prepare children for both physical activity and English.
  2. Activities with parents – Parents and children play together with various props such as balls, hoops, etc. Through these playful activities, we alternately develop gross and fine motor skills, improve coordination, and strengthen shared moments together.
  3. Obstacle course – Children overcome obstacles, crawl, and practice coordination and balance, adapted to their age and abilities. Parents learn how to guide children correctly through the course, how to support and spot them, while still encouraging independence. Children also take part in building the obstacle course, which fosters creativity. In the group “Jumping Froggies,” we also practice slow rolls, which build agility and self-confidence.
  4. Playful vocabulary learning – With the help of rhythmic rhymes and cheerful songs, children naturally absorb new English words that they easily remember through fun. Foam puzzles are used for visualization.
  5. Closing the lesson – At the end, we sing the “Bye bye” song together, say goodbye to Froggy, and look forward to the next class.

🇬🇧 The lessons are conducted in English so that children can naturally get used to the language through movement, rhythm, and everyday situations. Instructions are simple, clear, and supported with nonverbal communication. When necessary, Czech is used in exceptional cases.

Parents are free to communicate with their child in whichever way feels comfortable – Czech, English, or a mix of both.

💚 Little Froggies have their own pace and need time to adjust to the environment. What matters most is that they feel safe and welcome. It’s absolutely fine if a child does not participate right away – each one finds their own path.
